Okay... found it.


Sounds like there was/is a lot of things wrong at MSU. But it's not necessarily on the coaches. I read about a couple of incidents that were properly reported to the police and the case fell apart before it could be prosecuted. Call it witness tampering, but unless there is proof that a coach convinced witnesses to back the player, I don't see how it's the coach's fault.

There seemed to be one issue where a player was allowed to play, practice, and travel while his case was pending. Obviously that's against VT's policy, but it wasn't always. VT handled things similarly until the CAP went into effect. Some schools will still presume innocence until proven guilty -- which is still the way things are supposed to work in this country.
